Lee was born in Jamaica where he attended the Ocho Rios High School. He started training at the Show Park Beach Hotel as a pastry cook. He did this for about 2 years and then moved on to being a line cook. He insisted on moving on so he got a job as a lead cook at the Plantation Inn Hotel. He kept working hard and learning and finally getting his 1st Sous Chef job at Fisherman's Point Beach Hotel.

Lee migrated to the U.S. while working for some of the most well-known cruise lines such as Celebrity Cruise line, Dolphin Cruise line, and Sun Cruise line where he worked touring the Eastern and Western Caribbean making some of the most exotic dishes.

Lee continues to practice his culinary art as the Banquet Chef at the Double Tree Hotel Universal while branching out into new endeavors. Splendor Cleaning Services is his newest project.
